Know how to get to 920 Itchfuryou Road? Well, you get off the L at Knickerbocker. Transfer to the SS. At the end of the line, take the shuttle bus over the bridge to Intercanal Ave. Go past the barking dog behind the chain link fence, and turn right, through the loose board in the scaffolding. Walk along the edge of the canal for about 35 yards, waving a bottle of Jagermeister. Fall into the canal. Float with the current till you see stars shooting past you.
Those are the stars of 920 Itchfuryou Road.
“Ear Fetish” is the tale of a Brooklyn, New York squat, a sexy, wild world where everyone has a band, and a few kinks– and from Tragic Toys, the ground floor sex shop, to the bodaciously brainy performance artists in the penthouse, all the denizens of 920 Itchfuryou Road share the same dream: stardom, or at least cult status, and maybe someday affordable dental care.
But in Chapter 1, “Night of the Living Peewee”, the fab freaks from deepest Brooklyn all share the same dream quite literally, or should I say all their dreams share a common culprit: the criminally lusty Pee Wee Herman!
