This is an addendum to my last post, “Belize and Bust:- Part II: The Reckoning”. The 20-foot-high sculpture on the left is called “The Visible Hand”, by Joseph Chiang, and was a gift to the Belize Government from Taiwan. The painting on the right I call “The Tipsy House”- a picturesquely ramshackle dwelling the color of a beetle, its puzzle-piece planks lovingly painted an enamel green, unglazed windows billowing with bright curtains in the sweetly scented breeze.
I imagine that I might have built just such a house for myself, if I had grown up in Belize, living off the land and my wits.
So… I’ve finally succeeded in re-installing all my adobe master suite, and all the necessary videotapes are logged and downloaded. Stay tuned while I dig down deep and get in touch with my inner tube… or is that you, tube?
What I’m trying to say is, video is coming!
Dear reader, are you prepared for the tragedy, the poignancy and the drama? Are you ready for the story to begin?
